Requirements for forms that process personal data are not set out here as generic text: they are applied directly on each form on the site. The contact form includes the first-layer notice, the information text under the GDPR and LOPDGDD, an unchecked Privacy policy acceptance box for PROINMAN 2022, S.L., a link to that policy, and you cannot submit the message without accepting it.
