Cookie policy

Controller

PROINMAN 2022, S.L. uses cookies or similar functionality files (together, “cookies”) that store and retrieve information when you browse www.pladec.es. The website owner and controller for these technologies is PROINMAN 2022, S.L. This policy complements the information on data protection in the Privacy policy.

Protocol for obtaining express consent

First layer: when you access the site you see a short panel with “Accept all”, “Reject all” and “Configure”, plus a “More information” link that leads to this policy.

Cookie settings panel: the notice and panel provide options equivalent to the reference model: accept all cookies (on/off), reject all non-essential cookies (on/off) and, where applicable, accept or reject by category (for example preferences and analytics) before “Save settings”.

Second layer: you reach this text by choosing “More information” in the previous notice (this cookie policy on the site itself).

We use first-party cookies and, where applicable, third-party cookies for technical purposes and, after consent, for analytics. By clicking “Accept all” you consent to the non-essential categories you have left active in the panel; you can adjust categories under “Configure”.

When you first visit the site (or when your previous choice has expired), we show a bottom notice with “Accept all”, “Reject all”, “Configure” and a link to this policy. Non-essential cookies are not treated as installed until you interact with the notice or save preferences in the panel.

Your choice is stored in the browser (local storage) with an indicative validity of twenty-four months, after which we will ask for your consent again.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser when you visit our website; it saves information about your browsing to make the user experience more efficient. This policy aims to explain clearly and in detail what a cookie is, what it is used for, what types we use and how you can configure or disable them. Some cookies are essential for the site to work (technical or interface customisation); others, such as analytics or behavioural advertising cookies, require prior information and, where applicable, your consent.

Technical or necessary cookies

These cookies let you browse a website, platform or application and use the options or services available, including running the site and enabling its features and services, such as identifying the session, accessing restricted areas, remembering basket items, completing checkout and managing payment. The site cannot work properly without them; they are treated as necessary.

We use first-party cookies and, where applicable, third-party cookies to analyse browsing and improve our services when you accept the relevant category in the notice or panel. You can read more under “More information” (this policy) or change settings under “Configure” in the cookie notice.

Preference or customisation cookies

They remember information so that the service is shown with certain characteristics (language, number of search results, region, interface appearance). If you choose those characteristics (for example the language), they may be treated as an expressly requested service, provided the cookies are strictly limited to that customisation purpose.

Analytics or measurement cookies

Including Google Analytics

Processed by us or by third parties, they quantify users and carry out statistical measurement and analysis of use of the service offered (for example Google Analytics). They help improve products or services. They are only activated if you accept the analytics category in the settings panel.

Google Analytics is a service provided by Google LLC or, depending on your location, by Google Ireland Limited. Information generated is usually sent to Google servers; international transfers may occur. See Google’s privacy policy and the Google Analytics privacy centre for purpose, retention and opt-out information.

Marketing or behavioural advertising cookies

They store information about user behaviour obtained through continued observation of browsing habits in order to show relevant ads and build profiles. The current public configuration does not use behavioural advertising cookies. If they are introduced in the future, we will update this policy, this table and, where required, request your prior consent.
