In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on personal data protection and digital rights (LOPDGDD), you are informed that personal data processing arises from use of this website, messages sent through the forms provided and, where applicable, browsing with cookies or similar technologies as described in the Cookie policy.

Purposes of processing

Your data are not used for purposes incompatible with those stated at the time of collection.

Legal bases

Processing is based, as appropriate, on your consent when you use the information boxes or accept the conditions indicated on the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Where necessary for pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract, processing may rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Processing may also be based on compliance with legal obligations applicable to the controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), including those that apply depending on the activity and service provided, which may include, where relevant, obligations arising from accommodation or vehicle rental rules (for example Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October), traveller documentation under the Schengen Agreement (Article 45) or Organic Law 4/2015 of 30 March on the protection of public safety, without prejudice to other mandatory rules.

Retention

Data are kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and, where applicable, to meet applicable legal obligations and determine possible liabilities arising from that purpose and from the processing.

When they are no longer needed or are inaccurate or incomplete for their purpose, they will be erased, rectified or cancelled using appropriate security measures to ensure confidentiality or will be anonymised, in line with applicable law. Unless you tell us otherwise, we will assume your data are unchanged and that you agree to notify us of any change.

Recipients, processors and disclosures

In line with Law 34/2002 on information society services and e-commerce (LSSI-CE), where commercial communications by electronic means are requested, your consent will be obtained expressly and separately where the law requires it.

You may object at any time to receiving commercial communications using the procedures indicated in each message or by contacting the controller; this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Security measures

PROINMAN 2022, S.L. applies technical measures, controls and procedures of a physical, organisational and technological nature that are reasonably reliable and effective, aimed at preserving the integrity and security of data and ensuring confidentiality against unauthorised access, alteration or loss.

Staff with access to personal data are trained and required to respect confidentiality and their obligations regarding personal data processing.

Contracts with suppliers include clauses requiring a duty of confidentiality regarding personal data accessed under the engagement, and requiring implementation of technical and organisational measures needed to ensure ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services.

These security measures are reviewed periodically to ensure they remain adequate and effective. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed and no system is impenetrable; transmission of information over the internet involves residual risks and you should take reasonable precautions on your device and browser.

We do not accept liability for loss or damage arising from alterations that third parties may cause to the user’s computer systems, electronic documents or files outside the controller’s control.

If a security incident compromises data under our control and poses a risk to the rights of affected individuals, we will take appropriate steps to investigate the incident, notify the supervisory authority and, where applicable, the affected data subjects, in accordance with applicable law.

Your rights
